Office Information: About Your Visit

We accept most major insurance plans.

Advanced Orthopaedic Centers participates with and accepts most insurance plans. Patients are responsible for verifying insurance coverage and benefits for visits to our centers.

Our staff will be happy to file claims with the insurance provider. Patients may need to assist in securing paperwork or approvals. All necessary information must be available prior to the appointment. Advanced Orthopaedic Centers will require a copy of insurance cards and driver’s license for confidentiality and identification purposes.

Appointments

Please call the office to make an appointment in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as far in advance as possible so we may use that time to see another patient in need of care. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we are late due to emergencies or hospital surgery.

Fees & Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, and cash for amounts not covered by insurance.

Prescriptions & Renewals

Please request all prescriptions and authorizations for renewals during our designated office hours when our full records are available. Renewals requested at other times will be filled only for extreme or emergent circumstances. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours from the time of your request for us to fill your prescription.
